MyPE website

Way back when the MyPE website first came online, I was one of the first forumites to register. I went back every now and then but nothing much happened for a while. Then about a year ago, a friend of mine asked me if I knew about it. So I went back and surprise, surprise my login still existed.MyPE has grown in popularity in leaps and bounds. The locals here in Port Elizabeth has made it so popular, that people from all over South Africa has started joining in on the forum. There’s even a few visitors from abroad.
The forum is great fun. Most of the regulars have actually met each other in ‘real life’ by now (PE is a small town after all!).
Except for the forum, you can find out just about anything there is to know about PE. From restaurants to events and even a free business directory, it’s all there. Go visit the site at, www.mype.co.za, and visit Port Elizabeth. I also need to mention, look out for the newsletters. There are a lot of very informative subscriptions you can join.

  1. Thanks for the great comments about MyPE. It just goes to show that if you create something, like MyPE, with the express purpose of having FUN, then you will have fun and meet lots of interesting people from all walks of life.

Good luck with the BLOG (that Mikey set up for you!!)

  2. This comes back to that book, ‘The Secret’. Lots of people say it’s rubbish, you can’t attract something by just thinking about it. Well, like the Fanta advert, ‘The fun will find you’, just be ready for it!

  3. this is something different. I homed “Daisy” about five years ago and I just wanted to let Mavis know that she is well. Infact she is fat and flourishing. She has a mind of her own and loves me very much. She climbed a tree once, because she wanted to get to the other side of the wall!!!
One of the ladies cried when i said that I wished to take her!! whoever it was, please know that Daisy doesnt mind black plastic bags any more and she does not rush off in fright when I lift my foot up suddenly!
keep doing what you do, you have more and more support each year.

  4. Hi Anne, thank you for your comment. You can contact Mavis through the Save-a-pet website, http://www.saveapet.co.za.
