I am going through the same sh*t with my new blue bean card now... I am not impressed either and defiantly wont be opening any other sort of account with SBSA again.

I have my main personal account with FNB and my business Account with ABSA. I plan to move the business account to FNB in the near future. FNB has not given me any issues and I been banking with them for well over 8 years now.

Yes indeed, there was a lot of paperwork at first, but it makes up for the ease of use afterwards.
No more standing in queues!!

Well SBSA in my experience deals with poeple who can manage money and want to be serious about it!
I have accounts with both institutions and find FNB overwhelming with paper work, and not secure.
Perhaps there is a need for a Piggy Bank?
